Caterpillar RC32 Drive & Motor Upgrade

Since fast technological evolution as well as obsolescence is affecting the main electrical component of the RC32 / RCA32 haul-off, we have to inform you that the motor and the drive are no longer manufactured.

Description

The haul-off caterpillar RCA 32 series has been specially designed to pull flexible and rigid pipes with a maximum diameter of 32 mm. The caterpillar belts (flat belts) are easily accessible and interchangeable. Power is tranferred to both belts with an equal linear speed. For certain applications (ex. medical) the differential gear box is not necessary. The height of the caterpillar belts is adjustable mechanically. The closing force is created pneumatically and can be adjusted during production.

All control functions are easily accessed from the  front panel. Built-in protection guards offer operator safety. A transparent cover gives access to the caterpillar belts and permits visual control of the pipe. The modern drive equipment allows for a very wide speed range and a precise haul-off. The caterpillar can be fixed on the floor or equipped with wheels and longitudinal rails.

A specific version of the RCA with corresponding drive and finish is available for medical tubing.
