Clean Run Value Package

While your compound suppliers provide clean XLPE insulation compounds, with our clean-run value package these compounds are kept clean. In fact, they are made even cleaner through the material conveying from the package to the extruder.

Would you like to make sure that contaminants are not multiplied when conveying insulation material to the extruder?

Less contaminants means less downtime

With our Clean Run Value Package you have a much higher propability that there is no downtime in the cable production system which could be due to contaminants.

What you get

Removal of contaminants, which results in clean compounds.

  • Polymer Discharge Isolator PDI 50 operating in ISO 6 conditions allows the insulation compounds to join the conveying line without contamination
  • Clean materials as a result of the XLPE compound entering the purity scanner and extruder through gravitational force
  • Insulation compounds are made clean of metallic contaminants over 50 µm by X-Ray, even inside pellets, and the purity scanner removes organic contaminants using its optical system
