Compact Medical Calibration Trough (USA)

The CBC 32 is a vacuum calibrating trough especially suited for medical tubes. Destined to fit North American requirements, this model is available in a compact 2.5 m long version. Typical vacuum ranges from 5 to 100 mbar or 50 to 500 mbar. It features high stability and resolution for accurate tube dimensions and operation within tight tolerances.

The vacuum level is monitored through a closed-loop control system. Tube calibration and cooling are achieved by water immersion. The assembly is made of stainless steel. Mobility of the complete trough unit gives easy access to both extrusion tooling and the calibrator.

Benefits

  • Stainless steel construction
  • Mobile frame for easy crosshead access
  • Immersive water cooling
  • High calibrating vacuum stability
  • Option for UV treatment
  • Available in Davis-Standard lines.
