RCB 150 Haul-off for Microduct

The RCB 150 haul-off has been specially designed to pull flexible and rigid pipes with a maximum diameter of 150 mm. The component is ideal in a jacketing line configuration for microduct bundles.

 

Its caterpillar belts (flat or grooved) are easily accessible and interchangeable. The power transmission system ensures equal linear speed of both belts. The gripping pressure and the belt tension are pneumatically adjustable during production. The RCB is ergonomic and includes safety features, like the transparent access cover allowing visual control. The modern drive equipment covers a very wide speed range with precision.
