With the multiple restrictions currently being placed on our daily lives and specifically with the limitations on international travelling, Maillefer has quickly adapted to the situation in order to secure the best possible service to our customers and partners.
Our Maillefer experts and support contacts are continuing to be fully accessible and ready to serve. For many this means flexibility in workplaces and work hours. At moments like this, we will privilege modern communication methods. For you, our customers and partners, we strongly recommend continuing with regular business exchange, utilizing tools such as online meetings. Please reach out to us for support with your business, both now and in the future.
All new equipment projects are progressing as planned in our engineering and manufacturing functions. At the moment, we are not experiencing disturbances in logistics and shipments. In case disturbances do start to occur with the restrictions in place, you will be immediately informed. Note, that the project installation and commissioning support which is affected because of current restrictions will be rescheduled to the next best possible times, based on resource availability.
Our exhibition calendar is reorganized. Many trade shows have been postponed to a later date or even cancelled. Chinaplas is pushed out to August 3 – 6, 2020 in Shanghai. Germany’s wire 2020 is rescheduled to December 7 – 11 this year, with a Düsseldorf show that promises to be our best exhibit ever. We look forward to seeing you all at our upcoming venues.
