Chinaplas 2015, the 29th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries, takes place this year in Guangzhou, China. Maillefer will present the latest Pipe & Tube manufacturing technologies in product design, materials, applications and processes on our stand 1.1T61 from May 20 to 23, 2015.

Micro-drip irrigation

Our micro-drip irrigation solutions include complete PIL extrusion lines from /Enter starter packages to high-end ///Explore development configurations. Noteworthy components include our dripper bowl feeder and insertion system, as well as our hole drilling unit and patent pending detection technologies.

In automotive applications the multi-layer co-extrusion groups process up to 6 layers for production of fuel & vapor return tubes. Innovations continue in the area of heating & plumbing for processing PEX or PERT heat resistant pipe. Flexible medical PVC intravenous tubes are produced on our PML lines. While fiber optic micro-duct solutions are available on our specially configured lines, ideal for running long lengths.
