The ECH 36/55 3L + ST is a multilayer crosshead available for the production of microduct tubes as well as for drip irrigation, with or without striping. This head is mostly used in its triple-layer configuration while having the flexibility to switch to a double and even a single-layer setup. It is also equipped with a striping feature, if needed. The number of stripes and their width is sized to the customer’s specification.
The head and its tooling are flow optimized for the use of PVC, PE materials. The ability to employ a triple layer is sustainable regarding the choice of materials used, economical for the middle layer, or reduced use of virgin compound on the other layers.
