I am pleased to inform you that Davis-Standard and Maillefer have completed their transaction and that we will become one organization.
By nature, we are very similar companies. We both have a strong focus on technology, and a vision of smarter wire and cable (W&C), and pipe and tube (P&T) production. Our joint technical and service expert organizations are where they are needed, close to our customers worldwide.
