I am pleased to inform you that Davis-Standard and Maillefer have completed their transaction and that we will become one organization.
By nature, we are very similar companies. We both have a strong focus on technology, and a vision of smarter wire and cable (W&C), and pipe and tube (P&T) production. Our joint technical and service expert organizations are where they are needed, close to our customers worldwide. That will be our common way to truly understand local needs and serve our shared customers fast, innovatively and according to global best practices.
