Maillefer received its last telex in the early 1990's when Internet reached the more remote corners of the globe. Fortunately, all our customers have the modern tools to immediately send us a written service request coupled with descriptive pictures and drawings. Though nearly all of our courier today arrives by e-mail, we saw the need to setup a more direct and privileged channel to Services.

The Maillefer website, now offers you a recommended Services Request form page to get your message across more efficiently. You can be assured that the right people in Maillefer will receive it right away. The best possible response time is only a few simple finger taps or clicks away. You can order parts, ask help for technical issues, or request range of services. You can include free text and attachments too. A technical issue sent via the form page has the same priority as a call to our 24/7 Helpdesk.
