50 and counting
The early 1970’s marked the development of what came to be considered an innovative one-step Silane based, PEX-b crosslinking method. Maillefer patented Monosil in 1974 and offered an alternative to the two-step Sioplas® process released a few years prior.
Today, we continue to offer extrusion lines with both PEX-b methods, principally Sioplas® type, as well as PERT technology. As leading provider to the industry with a sizeable installed base, we offer the capacity to manufacture monolayer, multi-layer, and composite
(e.g. PEX-Al-PEX or PERT-Al-PERT) pipes tailored to the needs of this dynamic market segment. Today, urbanization and the expanding construction sector continue to drive demand for modern, cost-effective piping solutions.
