Lump and hole detection11
A straight-forward spark detection principle is applied to detect lumps, thin spots and holes on the protective PE layer covering the underlying Aluminum. Tension and sensitivity between the electrode and the pipe are all adjustable, thus offering the assurance of a quality product moving downstream.
