Cinegran Material Flow Meter
Cinegran are optical and opto-gravimetric devices specially developed by Maillefer for precision monitoring and regulating our extrusion systems. The Cinegran is strategically positioned just under the extruder hopper to analyze the behavior of pellets as they move down the feed column. Irregular flow is signaled to the operator as material reaches the extruder, giving some time to act.
Redesigned as version 2.0, Cinegran facilitates maintenance operations and commissioning on-site. The technical interface is updated using the latest web communication standards. The interface has been simplified for more intuitive operations.
