KWB coiler for medical tube
The KWB 600 is an automatic dual coiler/reeler engineered to wind medical tubing onto Maillefer stainless steel turrets for selfsupported coils or onto customer reels. With dual positions, it ensures seamless transfers from a full to an empty turret or reel at full production speed – without the need to reduce the speed at transfer. A contactless dancer guarantees smooth, reliable transfers, while a modern traversing system assures excellent tube lay quality throughout the entire coil or reel.
Compared to the earlier KWA model, the KWB offers several advantages:
- Compact footprint: 30% smaller, fitting easily into existing layouts
- Enhanced safety: Separate access for unloading and knife retraction during ejection

CMC Cutter for Pipe up to 75 mm OD
The CMC75 is designed for precision cutting of rigid pipes (up to 75 mm OD), making it a compact and economical solution for PO, PEX, and PERT applications.
