At Wire Russia 2019, Maillefer takes the next step in the digitalization of manufacturing and introduces the **Smart Factory**. With the **Virtual Reality** application, a visitor can simulate different production parameters and set-ups applicable in Maillefer factories.

You will also experience demos of the **Quick Conductor Splicing** technology, which will provide you with faster and more reliable conductor splicing compared to conventional technology.

We will showcase a **triple-layer co-extrusion** group designed for processing high-temperature fluoropolymers with physical foaming capability. The group can produce a variety of LAN, telecom, coaxial, signal and other special cables.

For rubber cable producers, we’re presenting a new **Super Steam** process that allows maximized productivity and cable quality at very low pressure levels.
