The ECH 3/20 single layer extrusion crosshead is for production of corrugated tubes, especially for automotive and technical applications.
The head’s design and construction ensure long production runs with a high resistance to abrasion. It includes an air injection system. The extrusion head is mounted directly on a stand for user-friendly handling during cleaning or tool change operations. The assembly allows for compensation with the extruder due to thermal expansion. The extruder connection is delivered with pressure & temperature gauges.
