CMC 75 Cutter
The CMC75 is designed to cut rigid pipes with a maximum diameter up to 75 mm, providing a compact and economical solution for cutting PO, PEX, and PERT pipes into bars at precise lengths.
The flying cutter assembly moves the head at line speed during the cutting process, advancing along with the pipe. Deformation of the blade is avoided as the pipe is cut, limiting blade wear and maintaining cut precision. Internal tube guides, adapted to the tube diameter, are fixed to the cutting head. These guides easily slide into larger fixed entry and exit points to meet safety standards. The blades are quite accessible for replacement or maintenance.
