Intelligent Induction
Our system intelligently adjusts the feed power to maintain net power at a stable value, ensuring consistent conductor temperature and superior cable quality. The smart system is self-adaptive by responding to changes of conductor in real time. It automatically compensates for any decrease in calculated net power. The feed power set point is increased until the required net power is reached. Even during a prolonged production cycle, our system maintains a stable estimated temperature increase, leading to more consistent product quality.
Eliminate the need for manual calibration of net power for each separate workpiece. The system constantly calculates coil power losses, ensuring accurate power calculation and more intelligent induction power control in real time.
