The KWD 1250 is a fully automatic dual reeler designed to wind flexible microduct pipe. Transfers from a full to an empty bobbin are done without operator intervention and with the line running at full production speed without interruption.
The reeler is designed for providing perfect alignment of the pipe along the reel. Though it accepts all reel material types, the highest winding precision is achieved with plastic and metallic reels.
The KWD offers safe unloading during machine operation at a convenient location for the operator. All control functions are placed on control boxes in functional positions. Complete protection guard offers operational safety.
