The KWS 1450 is a single reeler designed to wind flexible microduct pipe. When coupled to an accumulator, the manual transfers from a full bobbin to an empty one allow the line to continue at full production speed without any interruption.
The reeler is designed for providing perfect alignment of the pipe along the reel. It accepts all reel material types, however the highest winding precision is possible with plastic and metallic reels.
The KWS is manually unloaded from the back side of the machine at a convenient location for the operator. All control functions are placed on control boxes in functional positions. Complete protection guards offer operational safety.
